Before Final Enrollment
NAIA usually meets briefly with the child during the parent admissions meeting. This is not a stressful entrance exam. It is a simple conversation to understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the most suitable pathway.
Application Fee
A $50 USD application fee is required to process the application and arrange the parent-child admissions meeting. This fee is refundable if enrollment is not completed after the meeting and readiness conversation.

When is the Parent Admissions & Academic Guidance Meeting?
The weekly meeting is held every Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Makkah Time.
Should my child join the meeting?
Please join with your child if possible, especially if you are applying for Reception, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, or Grade 4.
Is there an entrance exam?
There is no stressful entrance exam. NAIA usually has a simple readiness conversation to understand the child’s current level and recommend the right pathway.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 USD. It is refundable if enrollment is not completed after the parent-child admissions meeting and student readiness conversation.
How quickly will admissions respond?
The website should show that the admissions team will contact parents shortly after form submission. Actual response timing can be adjusted by the school team.
